Tom Spangler

Owner / President

Tom graduated from Virginia Tech and the Darden School at the University of Virginia. He has worked in Commercial Real Estate since 1988. He was Senior Vice President at United Dominion Realty Trust (UDR) corporate office for 12 years before forming his own consulting business. He is now President and Owner of B&L Floorcovering.
